Annual Reassessments

Annual reassessments need to be administered to ensure employees are up-to-date with current FOD processes and procedures.

Annual FOD Reassessments

Completed reassessments need to be kept in an employee’s file to ensure that, if a problem does occur, there is proof that the employee did take and pass the assessment. This annual requirement also helps to reinforce the importance of FOD and the employee’s role in a successful FOD program.
